Conception for organizing exhibition in the frames of the Investment Forum held in the course of the Annual Meeting of the EBRDs Board of Governors

May 17-20, 2008, 9.00 till 19.00

Location

The exhibition will take place at the first floor to the left and right of the main hall. Exposition area will total 68 sq. m., which includes one central and 7 individual booths.

Exhibition content

Central booth will display information materials of the Ministry of economy and other central executive bodies of Ukraine, Council of the Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as of regional state administrations presenting economic potential of Ukraine.

Individual booths will feature information and investment materials of Ukrainian cities (Kyiv, Donetsk, Odesa, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk), which will host the football games, as well as materials from the State Investment Agency of Ukraine.

Two rooms for negotiations will be located next to the central booth.

Booths will be constructed with standard exhibition equipment of Octanorm type, which will hold posters showing Ukrainian map, important historical sites, and sport sites in the mentioned cities.

Two plasma display panels at the central booth will demonstrate videos of football games preparations and their host cities.

Representatives of local councils familiar with the investment projects and fluent in English will work at the booths.
